We are seeking a Federal Service Sales Program Manager
What will you do in this position?
- The Service Sales Program Manager for Schneider Electric Federal is responsible for driving alignment and operational excellence between the Schneider Electric Service Organization and the Federal Sales team. This role focuses on coordinating resources, reporting financial sales performance, and ensuring seamless logistical support for service-driven sales efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating in a matrixed environment supporting Federal-sector customers.
- Key Responsibilities include:
- Financial and Sales Reporting
- Aggregate, analyze, and report service-related financial performance to both Schneider Electric Federal leadership and the Service Organization.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, forecasting data, and performance summaries to support business reviews and strategy planning.
- Ensure timely communication of sales pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance trends.
- Cross Organizational Alignment
- Serve as the primary liaison between Schneider Electric Federal and the Service Organization to ensure resource coordination for ongoing and upcoming sales opportunities.
- Facilitate internal alignment across service sales, operations, and Federal account teams to drive efficient collaboration.
- Assist in prioritizing service resources based on Federal customer needs, opportunity scope, and strategic objectives.
- Sales Logistics and Enablement
- Coordinate logistics for service-related sales engagements, including scheduling workshops, customer meetings, site evaluations, and support mobilization.
- Assist sales teams with accessing appropriate service SMEs, documentation, pricing support, and technical resources.
- Improve internal processes that streamline the service sales cycle and strengthen Federal customer experience.
- Program and Process Management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for Federal service sales processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Track program milestones, operational readiness, and support requirements for both internal and customer-facing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Federal-sector policies, security requirements, and Schneider Electric standards.

- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data reporting, CRM usage, and business performance tracking.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience supporting Federal agencies or operating within Federal contracting environments is a plus.
