Executive Producer - Live Events (Remote)

Location: Remote; involves regular travel to event destinations

As an Executive Producer at Morley, you'll create, manage and execute exceptional meetings, events and production experiences for Fortune 100 companies around the world. You'll lead projects from concept through execution, partnering with clients, internal teams and industry partners to deliver memorable experiences that achieve business objectives.

From high-profile corporate meetings and product launches to experiential activations and special events, you'll oversee every stage of production while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with exceptional quality. If you're a strategic thinker with eight to 10 years of experience as a lead producer and enjoy bringing big ideas to life, we'd love to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Create, manage and execute best-in-industry meetings, events and production experiences
• Support projects including business meeting production, onstage reveals, video content and media production, theatrical entertainment, multimedia presentations, virtual events and special projects.
• Lead high-value projects from initial concept through execution and post-program analysis for global brands
• Partner with internal teams, clients and external vendors to develop scopes of work, allocate resources and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Oversee project budgets, production schedules and logistics from proposal development through final execution
• Source and manage guest speakers, entertainment, talent and production partners to support program objectives and create exceptional experiences
• Provide on-site leadership and production oversight, serving as a trusted partner to clients and ensuring seamless execution
• Interact professionally with VIP clients and entertainers during live event production
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal partners, vendors, creatives and industry contacts
• Work to improve processes, implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies
• Support new business development by collaborating with sales leadership on pitches, proposals and strategic solutions
• Guide the development and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans for client programs
• Help drive profitable operations and long-term growth through strategic planning, effective resource management and continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Executive-level presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and reconcile project budgets
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges before they arise
• A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Extensive working knowledge of event technology, audio/visual systems and related hardware and software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and other technology and software used to plan and produce events

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  (note: we will consider extensive industry knowledge/expertise and job-related experience along with high school diploma or equivalent)
• Previous experience with an experiential agency or in-house events team supporting Fortune 100 corporate brands, including significant client involvement
• Video production and editing experience
• Able and willing to travel frequently for business (approx. 25-45% of the time) and accommodate a variable schedule

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• 8-10 years of experience as a producer in corporate meetings, live events, productions or experiential programs, including experience supporting global brands
• Experience working with national talent, speakers or entertainment
