We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition for Joist, one of EverPro's flagship SaaS products. 
 
You'll own our growth engine—from acquisition strategy and media investment to forecasting, experimentation, and performance optimization. Your job is simple to describe but challenging to execute: help Joist acquire more customers, more efficiently, while building a growth engine that scales. 
 
You'll work across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to bring one cohesive growth strategy to life. You'll spend as much time thinking about where we should invest next quarter as you will digging into funnel performance, reviewing experiments, and solving growth challenges with the team. 
 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, thrives in a data-rich environment, and wants to have a meaningful impact on the direction of a growing SaaS business. 
 
We're looking for someone who has personally built growth engines—not someone who has simply managed marketing programs. 

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy 

• Set the acquisition strategy and growth roadmap for Joist. 

• Develop annual and quarterly growth plans across Web, iOS, and Android. 

• Prioritize investments based on business impact, customer acquisition economics, and long-term growth potential. 

• Bring forward new ideas, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to unlock growth. 

Customer Acquisition 

• Own the performance of Joist's multi-million-dollar acquisition budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, App Store, and emerging channels. 

• Partner with our Paid Media team to define strategy, allocate budgets, and measure success. 

• Continuously optimize channel mix and investment based on performance. 

Experimentation 

• Build and manage Joist's experimentation roadmap. 

• Prioritize the highest-impact tests across acquisition, landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and conversion. 

• Foster a culture where decisions are driven by evidence rather than opinions. 

Measurement & Forecasting 

• Own acquisition forecasting and planning. 

• Partner closely with Analytics to ensure we have the right measurement, dashboards, and attribution in place. 

• Use data to identify trends, explain performance, and inform future investment Provide strategic direction for SEO and Growth Analytics as they support Joist. 

• Work closely with Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure acquisition efforts align with broader go-to-market priorities. 

• Bring teams together around shared goals and keep everyone focused on the work that will have the biggest business impact. 

Executive Communication 

• Present growth performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. 

• Translate complex data into clear business insights. 

• Represent Growth Marketing in planning, budgeting, and business reviews. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses. 

• A track record of owning customer acquisition strategy and delivering measurable business results. 

• Experience managing significant paid media investments ($10M+ preferred). 

• Strong forecasting, experimentation, and analytical skills. 

• Deep understanding of Web, mobile, and app growth. 

• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility. 

• Excellent communication skills and executive presence. 

• Someone who naturally combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 

Preferred 

• Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription businesses. 

• Experience growing mobile apps and App Store Optimization (ASO). 

• Familiarity with lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io. 

• Experience working in a Product-Led Growth environment. 

Where: Remote within Canada
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target total compensation (base + bonus) for this position is $175,000–$195,000 CAD per year in most Canada locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
