Cprime US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

The Cprime Enterprise Atlassian Solutions Architect provides Small Book of Business delivery guidance, organizational best practices, and oversight for the Atlassian practice on all engagements within their book of business.  The Principal Consultant is responsible for managing all delivery for their team of Solution Architects and Configuration Experts (Consultants).  The Principal Consultant is responsible for the quality and profitability of all engagements within their book of business. 


What you will do:
  • Lead engagement strategy and become a trusted adviser to all clients
  • Ensure engagement profitability and expand client accounts 
  • Responsible for the quality of all delivery work from your team
  • Hire and develop team
  • Nurture, develop, mentor, and coach your team, ensuring they are optimizing their talent
  • Performance management for team members on your team
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the Atlassian Delivery organization
  • Support sales activities with pre-sales consulting, scoping, solution design and discovery sessions
  • Be a trusted escalation point for your clients and those working with your team members
  • Provide thought leadership including webinars, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and blog posts
  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Atlassian Delivery solutions and services
  • Provide leadership to the Atlassian Delivery organization seeking to enhance delivery processes to support all aspects of the Atlassian Delivery and tools practice
  • Responsible for profitability targets on all engagements 
  • Responsible for managing $2M - $5M in Revenue
  • Responsible for $3M sales support 
  • Responsible for managing and developing a team of Direct Reports

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of Professional Services Management experience
  • 5+ years of Atlassian software planning, design, and implementation
  • 5+ years of managerial experience (hiring, leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring resources) 
  • Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation 
  • Metric-driven management experience and style 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organization skills, process-oriented, drive to constantly improve quality, self-motivated
  • Experience in process documentation, training, and change management 
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts at any given time through effective time management and planning 
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones 
  • Expertise in at least 3 or more Competency Towers 

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Atlassian certifications are highly desirable

Travel Requirement:
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately up to 40% of the time when deemed safe to do so to meet client needs.
