Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Oracle CX, ERP, HCM & SCM

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project.
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Architect will define and lead enterprise architecture strategy across Oracle CX, ERP, HCM and SCM Cloud, ensuring business capabilities, applications, integrations, data, and technology align to support scalable enterprise solutions. This role provides architectural leadership across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, working with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical architects, and functional teams to develop end-to-end architecture strategies, establish standards, and ensure alignment across complex enterprise initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Define enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps across Oracle CX, ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud.
- Develop end-to-end architecture solutions spanning business processes, applications, integrations, data, and technology.
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple Oracle Cloud applications and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable architecture designs and technology strategies.
- Lead architecture discussions involving CX, ERP, HCM, SCM, integration, data, security, and external systems.
- Ensure effective integration and process alignment across Oracle Cloud applications and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide architecture governance and design oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop architecture documentation, roadmaps, reference architectures, and technical recommendations.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment:
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving.
Position Type and expected hours of work:
- Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technical architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience architecting solutions across Oracle Cloud applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX, HCM, ERP Cloud, and SCM Cloud.
- Experience architecting solutions spanning multiple Oracle Cloud application domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, and application architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred.
- Experience with complex enterprise application landscapes involving Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
