Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to shape and evolve how people experience the company throughout their employee journey. You’ll connect employee experience processes, recognition, employee listening and culture into one consistent system that helps people thrive and supports a strong, connected organisation.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll shape how people experience SOFTSWISS across the employee journey by connecting employee experience processes, recognition, employee listening and culture into one consistent system. You’ll turn employee insights into meaningful improvements, reduce friction in everyday interactions and help make key employee moments more intentional. Your work will strengthen engagement, belonging and culture while creating scalable ways to continuously improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and continuously improve employee experience processes across the employee journey, from key employee moments to everyday interactions.

  • Build employee experience as one connected system by aligning processes, programs, recognition, listening and culture initiatives.

  • Participate in mapping end-to-end employee journeys, including as-is and to-be journeys, and shaping service blueprints, helping surface backstage systems, tools and processes that create friction at key touchpoints.

  • Lead employee research through interviews, focus groups, pulse surveys and engagement analysis, turning insights into prioritised actions.

  • Own and evolve recognition programs by introducing new mechanics, improving participation and measuring their impact.

  • Participate in shaping and evolving recognition and culture program mechanics, helping track participation and measure impact.

  • Design and coordinate employee experience initiatives, cultural rituals and key moments that bring company values to life.

  • Own key Employee Experience metrics, including engagement, belonging, culture pulse, recognition participation, employee feedback and retention.

  • Create practical frameworks, templates and playbooks that help teams deliver a consistent employee experience.

  • Partner with HRBP, Talent Development, Internal Communications, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders to connect employee experience across functions.

  • Continuously simplify processes, remove unnecessary HR noise and improve the employee journey.

Required Experience:

  • B2+ level of English

  • B2+ level of Russian

  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture, HR Programs or a similar field.

  • Proven experience designing, launching and continuously improving employee experience programs end-to-end.

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to connect separate initiatives into one coherent employee experience.

  • Experience with employee listening programs, including surveys, pulse surveys and focus groups, and the ability to translate insights into actions.

  • Experience with recognition or culture program mechanics.

  • Experience conducting employee research, analysing feedback and engagement data, and turning insights into measurable improvements.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with recognition, rewards or gamification programs.

  • Exposure to employee/customer journey mapping and service design methods.

  • Familiarity with service design principles or employee journey mapping.

  • Experience with HR technology or employee engagement platforms.

  • Experience using AI to improve internal processes or employee experience.

  • Experience working in global or distributed organisations.
