Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and sending email and SMS campaigns and flows in a DTC or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven Klaviyo troubleshooting expertise across flow triggers, event/profile data, filters, segmentation logic, and integrations, with the ability to independently investigate and flag technical issues, not just execute builds.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, including troubleshooting rendering issues across email clients and devices.
  • Experience executing SMS campaigns and flows, with an understanding of TCPA and carrier compliance requirements.
  • Disciplined approach to QA, including proofing, link testing, and rendering checks, with strong attention to detail.
