Description
We're looking for a hands-on operating leader of the Global Facilities function. You'll shape and run our Global Workplace strategy, from our HQ and offices worldwide to our distributed remote teams. You'll also be a trusted partner to business leaders and country teams in Office questions. This is a rare chance to manage a function at global scale and directly support inDrive's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities strategy that directly supports the company's growth objectives and overall business strategy.
Unifying Leadership: Lead and integrate diverse teams, including both physical office management and remote international facilities operations, fostering cohesion and high performance.
Performance-Driven Management: Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate value, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence.
Business Partnership: Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable operational strategies and solutions.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor for both direct reports and other leaders across the organization, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Financial Acumen: Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all global operations and facilities initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Extensive experience leading operations across multiple international markets, with a strong grasp of cultural and regulatory differences
Proven track record managing large, geographically distributed remote teams
Broad operational scope covering both physical facilities and remote team support
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, financial analysis and management of complex operational budgets
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort working independently in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive leadership
Experience mentoring managers and building teams from the ground up
