Cochabamba, Bolivia. Hybrid (2 days per week at the office) 

NICE Actimize University is responsible for development and delivery of training content for Actimize employees, clients and partners.  This includes Actimize platforms and solutions training as well as specific initiatives, in multiple formats, e.g. Virtual Instructor Led (VIHT), Instructor Led Classroom, and eLearning Training.  The Trainer will need to work closely with all the stakeholders within the organization to understand and deliver trainings on Actimize products for a global audience.


  • Deliver courses on Actimize platforms and solutions to customers, partners and employees, in both classroom and online (virtual) environment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while completing training projects according to project timelines
  • Foster teamwork within a global group, to achieve project and group goals
  • Work closely with R&D to gain expertise on new products and versions
  • Constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge needs of trainers worldwide
  • Ability to communicate with clients and follow-up on client queries

Education:           Bachelors in computer or equivalent degree


  • A minimum 2+ years of experience in delivering technical training a must
  • Experience in delivering virtual/ classroom technical training a must
  • High level of verbal Spanish and English is a must
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct virtual training in different time zones other than their own
  • Must have basic programming skills (using either C/ C++/ Java/ .NET/ Python / or any similar language)
  • An aptitude to develop content is an advantage
  • Basic experience with databases and SQL
  • Good technical skills. Development background – advantage
  • Good understanding of a complex and global business environment
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Takes a “Can-Do” approach and attitude
  • Excellent self-learning skills
  • Good team player
  • Familiarity with the financial markets – advantage
  • Prior experience with the Actimize products is an added advantage
