CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Work Life Consultant for a full-time, fully remote role. Work Life Consultants complete telephonic intakes, offer consultation, conduct research and provide referrals to program participants seeking resources and referrals in their community. Topics of research include childcare, elder care, daily living, convenience, concierge services and more. Primary Responsibilities
- Complete Telephonic Intakes
- Gather Required Demographic Information
- Assess the Participants Needs Through Targeted Questioning
- Offer Guidance and Consultation
- Ensure all Documentation is Complete and Accurate
- Conduct Timely and Targeted Research
- Contact and Vet Service Providers by Phone to Ensure all Referrals Meet Participants’ Needs
- Develop Grammatically Correct and Error-Free Cover Letters and Fulfillment Materials
- Participate in Additional Departmental Tasks, as Needed
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Related Field
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
- Prior Experience as a Call Center Agent Required
- Prior Experience Conducting Telephonic Intake and/or Assessment Strongly Preferred
