Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist to join the team. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day fulfillment operations and ensuring excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is independent, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting the team in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for order, shipping, and product inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and delivery exceptions.
  • Support e-commerce operations by coordinating with warehouses and fulfillment teams.
  • Support B2B shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate data in order management systems.
  • Identify potential customer or fulfillment issues proactively and resolve them independently.
  • Assist in implementing tools or processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in high-volume e-commerce customer service; experience with recognized e-commerce brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B logistics workflows (inbound, outbound, warehouse coordination).
  • Comfortable being the first point of contact for customers, managing shipping inquiries and product questions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, warehouse management systems, and e-commerce order tracking is a plus.
  • Team player who can contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
