Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote in Portugal)

Location & Model: 100% Remote (Portugal residence required with valid work permit, NIF, and NISS)

Schedule: Fixed Monday through Friday working hours (Saturdays & Sundays off guaranteed)

Role Summary

We are recruiting a client-focused Dutch-Fluent Support Representative to manage end-user assistance for a top-tier German car manufacturer. You will serve as a primary contact for Dutch-speaking vehicle owners, prospective buyers, and authorized service facilities. Your daily focus will involve resolving inquiries regarding vehicle capabilities, mobile app integrations, warranty coverage, and routine maintenance, delivering a smooth and elevated brand experience throughout.

Note: While fully remote, this position is strictly open to candidates currently living in Portugal with full employment rights.

Core Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Support: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats from Dutch-speaking clients with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
• Technical & General Guidance: Walk users through connected-car mobile applications, digital services, and product inquiries.
• Documentation: Log precise notes and interaction histories within our CRM database for every contact.
• Departmental Coordination: Partner with dealership networks and technical departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Service Excellence: Uphold the high-quality reputation of a globally recognized vehicle manufacturer.

Target Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Dutch, alongside upper-intermediate (B2 level) English proficiency.
• Legal Documentation: Living in Portugal with valid work authorization, tax ID (NIF), and social security number (NISS).
• Home Office: Fast, reliable internet connection in your remote workspace.

Key Competencies:

• Background in contact center operations, helpdesk support, or client relations (luxury goods or automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.
• Comfort working across multiple software platforms and database systems.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving paired with good time management.

Compensation & Work Conditions

Financial Details:

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month
• Attendance Incentive: €80 gross/month
• Daily Meal Stipend: €7.63 per day worked (credited to a meal card)
