You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact medical congresses and events for US Medical Affairs. This involves managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring all activities remain compliant with regulatory standards.
Position Summary
You will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact medical congresses and events for US Medical Affairs, primarily supporting Oncology with the potential to expand into other therapeutic areas. You will work across teams including Global Medical, Field Medical, compliance, communications, and commercial partners. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to deliver compliant and engaging healthcare professional experiences. We value clear planners who balance strategy and execution, manage risk, build strong vendor relationships, and drive measurable scientific impact. This role offers growth through leading complex programs, shaping event strategy, and influencing how we communicate science to healthcare professionals.

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $170,250 to $283,750. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
