The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining overall product line strategy and allocating resources to achieve corporate objectives. They lead cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, sales, and operations while ensuring alignment with long-term profitability and innovation goals.

Location: Remote
This individual is responsible for the overall product line strategy. Allocates resources to achieve corporate objectives. Leads a team of product managers and specialists that work cross-functionally to support all aspects of the product line inclusive of operations, sourcing, marketing, sales, engineering and other business functions. Coordinates market research to identify and evaluate product requirements for new development and enhancements to current features and functionality. Designs and implements marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future development plans, while overseeing the product's life cycle.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or like fields Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Product Management, Sales, Channel Management, or Engineering
