Our team is looking for a Technical Project Manager.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Responsible for Planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and risks, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of business and technical initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments. Track project progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate project status, decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and steering committee updates. Ensure documentation is maintained, including project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting notes. Support business readiness, change management, testing, training, and implementation activities. Ensure projects align with organizational priorities, standards, and governance processes. Drive accountability for deliverables and follow-up actions across project teams. Promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and templates. Telecommuting permitted


Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, 24 months of experience as Business Analyst, Technology Analyst, or a similar position, and 24 months experience in Power BI, Managing Agile/Kanban project delivery activities, CI/CD processes, validation of data, and Snowflake. 40 hrs./wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
