The Opportunity:

We are seeking a full-time SAP Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client business objectives, while overseeing project governance, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, communicate confidently with executive stakeholders, and navigate complex project environments. You are a strong analytical thinker who demonstrates accountability, and ownership. Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution, your are adaptable in the face of changing priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

This is a remote position based in the United States, with preference given to candidates residing in Texas. As this role supports clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry, U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud implementation projects, from project charter through go-live and hypercare
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans, and schedules; manage scope, cost, and timeline to approved baselines, including implementations with budgets of $1M+
• Manage project governance and documentation using SAP Activate methodology, SAP CALM, and SAP RASD
• Lead cross-functional project teams (functional consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders) and coordinate third-party/vendor resources as needed
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution
• Serve as primary point of contact for client executive sponsors and steering committees; manage client expectations and satisfaction
• Ensure quality and completeness of project deliverables and adherence to internal delivery methodology and standards
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing support, and profitability
• Facilitate change management, training, and organizational readiness activities to support user adoption
• Lead project status reporting, steering committee updates, and post-implementation/lessons-learned reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least one of the following certifications required (multiple preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP), SAP Activate Certification, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification(s) a plus.
• Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations served as Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud, with S/4HANA Public Cloud experience preferred
• Hands-on experience using SAP CALM and SAP RASD on at least one implementation
• Proven experience managing implementation budgets of $1 million or greater
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure
• Experience delivering projects within the SAP Activate methodology
