We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Inside Sales to lead our national team and drive sales growth across multiple showrooms across the country. This key leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, foster a customer-centric culture, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a national inside sales team across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement consistent sales processes and programs for all branches.
  • Drive showroom business through events and promoting the space as a design and selection resource.
  • Train Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to qualify leads and close sales.
  • Plan and break down complex initiatives into actionable short-term plans.
  • Collaborate with trade organizations nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in training, developing, and managing an inside sales team.
  • Proven track record of multi-unit/regional level management and growing revenues.
  • Ability to manage and own complex P&L
  • Experience in the building materials industry is preferred.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a customer-centric approach.
