Newxel builds and operates dedicated engineering teams and R&D centres for technology companies across the US, Western Europe, and Israel. We hire, employ, and retain engineers while our clients get dedicated teams without the need to establish legal entities abroad.

Today, Newxel has approximately 176 employees, delivery operations across Eastern Europe and beyond, group entities in Cyprus, Poland, and the US, and a new corporate structure currently being established in the UAE.

We're now moving from a service company to an AI-native delivery business. Our own platform automates sourcing, scoring, and candidate presentation, while our services are delivered on top of it. This product-service transformation changes how the company is financed, structured, and reported.

Why This Role Exists

We need a finance leader who can fund and structure that transformation: raise capital, build the corporate architecture for new markets, and make the economics of the new model provable to investors.

What You Will Own

Capital & Investors: Own the fundraising process end to end: investment story, financial model, data room, investor pipeline, negotiations, and closing. Be the primary finance contact for investors between funding rounds.

Corporate Structure & New Markets: Design and execute entity, licensing, and tax structures in new jurisdictions, starting with the UAE. Deliver options with timelines, costs, and a recommendation—not a research memo.

Financial Management: Own group P&L, cash flow, and forecasting. Build the financial model around service versus product unit economics, R&D and intangible asset capitalisation, and pricing and margin architecture across delivery locations.

Finance & Legal Leadership: Lead a distributed Finance and Legal team, establish standards, and build the reporting cadence the company can operate on.

Governance & Risk: Own multi-jurisdiction tax and compliance, contract architecture (MSA, IP assignment, non-solicitation), certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 9001), and GDPR.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

• CFO or Head of Finance in a company of 100+ people, in a service or product-service business.

• You have scaled a business globally across multiple locations and jurisdictions, with headcount or revenue growing several times over while you were there, and you rebuilt the economics as the business grew. A service-operational model is the baseline; a service-to-product transition is the strongest signal.

• Hands-on experience raising capital—equity, debt, or strategic investment. We will ask for specifics: stage, size, investors, and your personal role.

• Set up legal entities in at least two jurisdictions from scratch, including structure choice, licensing, tax and transfer pricing, and banking.

• Experience leading Finance together with Legal.

• Investor-level English together with Ukrainian or Russian.

• Based in Europe.

Strong Plus

• Experience in IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, EOR, or ODC.

• IAS 38 and intangible asset capitalisation.

• VC- or PE-backed company experience and board reporting.

• UAE, DIFC, or ADGM experience.

• M&A.
