Heads Up Technologies is seeking a strategic and results driven Director of Aftermarket Sales, Business Aviation to lead sales activities for aftermarket products and services.   • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement aviation aftermarket sales plans that support company objectives and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify market opportunities and industry trends to expand sales and strengthen market position.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Develop pricing strategies and proposals aligned with market conditions.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Present business cases for new sales opportunities and product development initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate the aftermarket sales team while fostering empowerment, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including airlines, MRO providers, and business jet operators.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce to support accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the revenue outlook and forecast.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Eight to ten years of experience in market or customer facing roles, including three to five years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the aviation industry, specifically selling to the business aviation market.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic and critical thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and aftermarket products and services.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% for client meetings and industry events, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
