The Director of Manufacturing Network Strategy will lead the development, execution, and governance of the company's manufacturing footprint and long-term network strategy. This role involves managing the network PMO, conducting make-versus-buy analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing capabilities with business growth.

The Director, Manufacturing Network Strategy will lead the development, execution, and governance of the company’s manufacturing network strategy. This role is responsible for evaluating and optimizing the manufacturing footprint, capabilities, capacity, and long-term network strategy to support business growth and operational performance.The position will lead make-versus-buy analysis, manufacturing location strategy, scenario planning, facility moves, acquisition integration, and network optimization initiatives. This leader will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Product Development, and Commercial teams to ensure product launch and manufacturing decisions align with the overall network strategy. The Director, Manufacturing Network Strategy will also lead the network PMO, develop business cases and execution plans, establish governance processes, and provide leadership with clear recommendations based on financial, operational, capacity, service, and risk considerations.
