  • Own portfolio business performance, including order growth, profitability, customer adoption, attach rates and other key performance indicators; use business and customer insights to prioritize investment and corrective actions.
  • Drive modernization of the Learning Services business model and digital experience, including scalable enterprise programs, subscription and bundled offers, role-based learning pathways, AI-enabled experiences, and platform capabilities that make learning easier to find, buy and consume.
  • Create organizational clarity by defining accountability, delegating effectively and empowering decision making at the appropriate level.
  • Provide visible enterprise leadership through clear communication, sound judgment and accountability; challenge the status quo and mobilize stakeholders around decisions, priorities and results.
  • Build, develop and retain a high-performing, inclusive global team; strengthen leadership capability, address capability gaps and foster an environment of learning, experimentation and constructive challenge.
  • Increase customer adoption and time to value by integrating Learning Services into critical new product introductions, customer onboarding and service-contract value propositions.
  • Maintain roadmap integrity, timelines and commitments to business results. Resolve conflicting priorities and complex challenges, remove barriers and adjust course when business needs change.
  • Build scalable commercial and delivery models that enable Learning Services to grow across regions, customer segments and technology portfolios while maintaining consistent customer experience and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure voice-of-customer, market and regional needs are reflected in Services strategic planning. Build relationships with customers and external partners to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Experience with life science and analytical instrumentation, software, laboratory workflows or related services.
  • Strong customer and market orientation, with experience gathering insight from global customers, regional stakeholders and commercial teams and converting it into differentiated solutions.
