Director, GTM & Sales Enablement @ Scribe!

Scribe is where exceptional people come to do the best work of their careers. Our Workflow AI platform automatically captures and optimizes how work gets done – 94% of the Fortune 500 use it, and 45% are paying customers. We hit $100M ARR in May 2026 and have grown to over 6 million daily active users across 600,000 businesses. We're Series C and valued at $1.3 billion. We're builders who hold a high bar, move fast, and care deeply about each other and our customers.

πŸ“Œ About the Role

Scribe has never had a dedicated enablement function. This role exists to build one. As the first enablement hire, you'll design and own the systems, programs, and infrastructure that let our go-to-market teams ramp faster, execute more consistently, and scale without losing quality. You'll report directly to the CRO and work across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn strategy into repeatable execution. This is a founding role at a company with real revenue, real scale, and a GTM org that's ready for what you'll build.

πŸ› οΈ What You'll Do

  • Define and build Scribe's enablement function from scratch, including the operating model, tooling, and roadmap across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success.

  • Design and launch an onboarding program that measurably reduces time to productivity for new GTM hires.

  • Build role based learning paths, certification programs, and competency frameworks that create consistency across the revenue org.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to turn every product launch, positioning update, and competitive shift into a program GTM teams can actually use.

  • Develop and maintain the core sales infrastructure, including playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and objection handling, so reps aren't building their own from scratch.

  • Establish a measurement framework that ties enablement activity to business outcomes, and use it to make the case for what to build next.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, not just a program executor.

πŸ” What We're Looking For

  • Has built a sales or revenue enablement function at a high growth SaaS company, not inherited one.

  • Brings 8+ years across enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles with demonstrated impact on ramp time, productivity, or win rates.

  • Has worked closely with Product Marketing and knows how to close the gap between positioning and what reps actually say in the field.

  • Comfortable owning the outcome, not just the program, and can connect enablement work to pipeline and retention metrics.

  • Has the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and the hands-on instinct to build without a team underneath them yet.

  • Has operated in AI or SaaS environments and understands the speed at which messaging, product, and competitive context shifts.

✨ Nice to have

  • Experience supporting GTM functions beyond Sales, including Customer Success and Partnerships.

  • Familiarity with modern enablement platforms and learning management systems.

  • Has led or grown a small enablement team and wants to do it again.

  • Prior experience at a company in a similar growth stage (Series B/C, scaling past $100M ARR).

🚫 This role is not for you if

  • You want to step into a built function. This role starts with a blank page and requires comfort with ambiguity and prioritization under pressure.

  • You think of enablement as content production. The job here is behavior change and revenue impact.

  • You need a large team or established infrastructure to do your best work.

πŸ“ Location

Remote, with a requirement to be based permanently in the U.S.

πŸ’° Compensation

Salary varies by location. All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe. Final offers depend on experience and scope.

🎁 Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays

  • 401(k)

  • Paid parental leave

  • Daily catered lunch (SF office)

  • Commuter benefits

  • Home office stipend

At Scribe, we celebrate our differences and are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work. Scribe is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
