Salary range: $180,000-$240,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Summary:

  • Serves as the central coordination point across all country/regional BD / Sales teams - aligns priorities, pricing philosophy, and customer approach globally
  • Negotiates global master agreements/frameworks with hyperscalers and ODMs incorporating input from global teams for local nuances; execution remains with in-country teams
  • Identifies unmet customer needs and develops the business case for new products and services, securing internal buy-in to commercialize them
  • Acts as primary escalation point and single source of truth for all global data center account activity
  • Accountable for driving profitable volume growth in the global data center segment, with direct responsibility for translating margin performance into EBITDA contribution
  • Drives global adoption and growth of the fluid services offering
  • Serves as the company’s data center offering champion at key industry events, conferences, and standards forums

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global account strategy for leading hyperscalers, ODMs, key distributors and service providers
  • Lead global contract negotiations for master supply agreements, pricing frameworks, and strategic terms
  • Build and maintain a robust global growth pipeline with defined stage gates and forecast discipline
  • Coordinate cross-regional alignment so country teams execute consistently against global agreements
  • Identify and qualify new global growth opportunities within the data center / high-performance compute cooling segment
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior relationships at hyperscaler and ODM accounts
  • Provide forward-looking demand guidance to Operations and Supply Chain so production and inventory capacity can support global growth
  • Partner with technical and application engineering teams to support customer qualification and onboarding of cooling fluid solutions
  • Provide the CCO with regular reporting on pipeline, volume forecasts, profit contribution, and competitive intelligence in this segment
  • Influence, without direct authority, country teams to ensure global account consistency
  • Promote and scale the company's fluid testing services globally as a strategic growth lever - driving customer adoption, coordinating test volumes across regions, and ensuring conversion of failed-spec results into fluid sales opportunities
  • Position testing services as a customer retention and stickiness tool, embedding the company deeper into customer maintenance and procurement cycles

Decision Rights/Authority

  • Negotiates global contract frameworks
  • No direct reports; operates via dotted-line influence across country and regional BD organizations

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Primary: Volume growth in the global data center segment
  • Secondary: Profit contribution, with clear line of sight to EBITDA impact
  • Supporting: Growth in testing services revenue and conversion rate of failed-spec tests into fluid sales

Required Experience:

  • Direct fluid / chemical industry experience - Preferred
  • Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem - customer landscape, growth trajectory, and liquid direct-to-chip cooling/thermal management dynamics - Preferred
  • Proven track record managing large, complex global B2B accounts - ideally hyperscalers, ODMs, or comparable strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated success negotiating global framework/master agreements
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization without direct authority over regional teams
  • Familiarity with lab/testing services as a commercial offering - understanding how test results translate into product/upsell opportunities is a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-growth, high-scrutiny business segments requiring cross-functional coordination
