Director, Alumni Relations Position Summary: Director, Alumni oversees a complex network of support with multiple functional regional engagement points, and support services for Alumni nationwide. Nightingale Education Group is experiencing rapid growth and needs a leader that can lay the foundation for alumni relations and build a team. Role and Responsibilities: Formulating and administering policies and programs, manages significant human, financial, and physical resources, and functions with a very high degree of autonomy. Frequently influences business decisions made by senior leadership. Oversees the stewardship of resources and the development of systems and procedures to provide engagement points and meaningful relationships that connects alumni with ongoing services. Negotiates and influences others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and approaches. Works closely with internal and external partners. Position reports directly to the College President. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum of earned bachelor's degree; Graduate degree preferred. 5+ years' experience in Alumni Services. 3+ years' experience in management. All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
