Position Details:
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a supportive group of marketers, analysts, and digital experts who value partnership, innovation, and having fun while delivering impactful results.
In this role, you'll develop and execute email marketing campaigns, build campaign workflows within CRM and marketing platforms, and support multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and web properties. We're seeking someone with hands-on experience building, QA'ing, and deploying email campaigns, strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM expertise, and experience using project management tools to manage timelines, priorities, and campaign execution.
You'll manage audience segmentation, list growth, and campaign performance analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven, with a passion for creating seamless, high-performing marketing programs that drive engagement and business results.
This role may require up to 25% travel for on-site meetings, team collaboration, and business-related events.
