Career Summary: 


The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate the voice and impact of one of the nation’s most trusted nursing organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Communications and Strategic Engagement team that is building smarter, more engaging digital experiences for nurses, healthcare leaders, partners, and stakeholders across the country. In this role, you will bring campaigns to life through compelling email marketing, digital publications, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance insights using HubSpot® and other digital platforms.


As a key contributor on a growing, collaborative team, you will help shape a modern digital marketing function that connects ANE’s mission and vision to meaningful, high-impact campaigns. You will partner with communicators, marketers, and channel specialists to design digital journeys, strengthen audience engagement, and support business goals through thoughtful strategies, strong execution, and continuous improvement.


The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and analytics. You will build, launch, optimize, and report on both paid and organic campaigns, including Google Ads—Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max—LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic networks. What You Will Do (continued from above):

  • Set up and structure campaigns including audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation, and ad creative coordination 
  • Drive best practice implementation and improvements across email and web experiences 
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to create digital journeys for our various audiences and programs 
  • Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives 
  • Partner with web property owners to optimize our website experience for SEO 
  • Engage and collaborate with data governance partners to better understand and leverage audience data to support enterprise campaigns 
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline the audience’s digital experience across each engagement touchpoint (i.e. social, email, website) 
  • Consistently conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices 
  • Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders 
  • Devise, develop and implement marketing automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency 
  • Develop documentation, training, and support materials for HubSpot users related tools, as well as future tools which the organization may deploy 
  • Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team efficiency 


What you bring to the American Nurses Enterprise:


Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 


Required Certificates, licenses and registrations required:

  • HubSpot® Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications


Required Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, platform management, or campaign management.

Skills 

  • Experience implementing digital engagement best practices across email and web properties; including lead generation, data capture, and SEO 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging technologies 
  • Proven experience working within various CRM systems 
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are a must 
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and interacting directly with stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies 
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to support others

Work Schedule-Remote: 

Employees are considered Remote if they are regularly scheduled to work 100% of their work week at a location other than an ANA Enterprise office and may occasionally be required to work from an ANA Enterprise Office.
