  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize tools such as Canva and ChatGPT to create visually appealing and compelling content.

Lead Generation:

  • Optimize our LinkedIn account for lead generation purposes.
  • Conduct data scraping to identify and gather targeted leads.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation efforts and maximize outreach.



Email Management:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Utilize tools like Mailchimp and Outlook for efficient email management.

Calendar Management:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for new leads and team members.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient time management and seamless communication.

Website Management:

  • Update website content and images regularly to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Design marketing materials and promotional content for the website using tools like Canva and Lucid Press.

Research:

  • Conduct research to identify and reach specified target audiences for promoting building leasing opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Canva, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
