Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist owns the planning, project management, and execution of digital first marketing campaigns across ABM, email, paid digital advertising, third party media, direct mail, and events. You drive lead generation and conversion, and you apply AI and marketing automation to move faster across planning, content development, and reporting.

As part of the Commercial Performance Team, you work cross functionally with marketing, product, sales, and external partner agencies to create, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns. Ownership grows over time as you continuously optimize performance and spend.

The ideal candidate brings positive energy, works comfortably without close supervision, asks good questions, and wants hands-on campaign execution in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a direct line to healthcare impact.

Your goals in this role

  • Project manage each campaign end to end, delivering on time and on budget across creative, digital, and external partner teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns by market segment to win new customers and to upsell and retain current customers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders so campaigns launch on schedule, stay within budget, and the team has a positive working experience.
  • Partner with the digital team on reporting, campaign insight, optimization, and pacing toward goals.

Who Will Love This Job

  • Creative and willing: You look for new channels to test and new ways to use existing channels. Being wrong does not bother you when it means learning and teaching others. You have a track record of taking initiative.

  • Multi tasker: You enjoy running several concurrent campaigns with overlapping deadlines while holding onto the details.

  • Digitally fluent and AI forward: You already use AI, marketing automation, and digital platforms in your daily work, and you stay curious about how digital channels and AI tools perform together.

If you prepare early and leave little to chance, this role fits you.
