Working hours / Job Type:

Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila time (9am to 6pm EST), with 8 core working hours exclusive of 1 hour break

Company Profile:

Our client in the U.S. provides a 24/7 front desk solution built specifically for senior care. Home care agencies and post-acute facilities to instantly respond to every inquiry, automatically qualify leads, and schedule interviews, tours, and consultations directly onto the calendar—without adding workload to their teams.

As they continue to expand their Philippine-based team, they are looking to hire a Deployment Specialist who will ensure that pilots don’t just get started, they work effectively, deliver value to clients, and ultimately convert into long-term paying customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, detail-oriented role and genuinely likes digging into workflows, identifying what’s not working, and finding practical solutions. The role is highly visible and customer-facing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Deployment Specialist, you will support the rollout, setup, and implementation of their agents while working directly with customers throughout the deployment process. You will own the 30-day pilot-to-paid conversion process, providing exceptional technical implementation and customer support to ensure successful adoption and measurable value.

This role requires strong English communication skills, as you will interact directly with their customer base and collaborate closely with internal teams to address technical issues, optimize workflows, and ensure a smooth deployment experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Lead implementation for new pilot clients - configuring agents, workflows, and automations to match each client's specific use case

·      Act as the primary point of contact during the pilot period, building trust and driving the pilot toward a successful paid conversion

·      Proactively monitor client usage and agent performance to catch issues (misconfigurations, edge cases, breakdowns) before clients report them

·      Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, workflow failures, and agent behaviour problems

·      Communicate clearly and confidently with clients - explaining technical issues and resolutions in plain language

·      Document recurring issues and configuration patterns to help improve onboarding and product setup over time

·      Partner with the product/engineering team to escalate and report bugs, edge cases, and feature gaps found during implementation

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·        5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success/support roles

·        Excellent written and spoken English - this is a highly customer-facing role

·        Comfort working with workflow/automation tools (e.g., building or configuring automations, integrations, or no-code/low-code workflows)

·        Strong troubleshooting instincts - you notice when something's off and don't stop until you've found the root cause

·        Background in Customer Success, Technical Support, Solutions/Implementation, or a related technology role

·        Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning multiple client accounts at once

·        Genuine satisfaction in solving problems and making customers happy - this is core to the role, not a side skill

·        Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n and Zapier

·        Must have own equipment (laptop and stable internet connection)

Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related

·        Experience in QA, testing, or bug-hunting (manual or automated)

·        Experience with AI agent platforms, chatbot/voice agent configuration, or similar tools

·        Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams
