AI Summary

You will own the marketing plan and execution to generate qualified demand and sales opportunities for REPLUG. This involves managing B2B campaigns, coordinating content distribution, and optimizing CRM processes to drive commercial growth.

About REPLUG

REPLUG is a Mobile Revenue Growth partner that helps companies turn mobile into a measurable driver of revenue, customer value and long-term business growth.

We connect acquisition, retention, measurement and app experience into a unified growth system that improves commercial performance. From global app publishers to established brands looking to unlock more value from mobile, we partner with companies that want to grow more efficiently and build sustainable growth.

Our work combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across App Store Optimization, Paid User Acquisition, CRM, measurement and mobile growth consulting.

We are looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Manager to build and run a marketing function that makes a measurable contribution to REPLUG’s commercial growth. Your primary objective is to generate qualified demand and sales opportunities from the businesses we want to work with, with a particular focus on higher-value engagements.

You’ll own the marketing plan, its execution and its performance. Working closely with the founders and Sales, you’ll decide where marketing should focus, challenge assumptions and connect marketing activity to qualified conversations, opportunities and pipeline value.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You’ll combine commercial judgement with strong content and practical CRM skills, while ensuring our positioning and the experience prospects have with REPLUG remain consistent.

Success will be measured primarily through qualified opportunities generated, the quality and value of pipeline created, and marketing’s contribution to commercial growth.

What You’ll Do

Generate Demand from the Right Businesses

  • Plan and execute B2B campaigns around the problems, buying triggers and decision-makers within our priority customer profiles.

  • Choose and test the right mix of channels, including LinkedIn, email, partnerships, webinars and events, with a clear route from engagement to conversation.

  • Build campaign assets, landing pages and follow-up journeys. Work with Sales to improve targeting and lead quality using feedback from real conversations.

Own the Marketing Plan and Delivery

  • Translate business objectives into a clear marketing plan with priorities, campaigns, timelines, budgets and measures of success.

  • Make decisions about where to invest time and resources, explain your reasoning and challenge activities that lack a clear purpose.

  • Deliver core marketing activities yourself and coordinate contributions from founders, specialists and external partners. Keep delivery moving and identify where additional support is needed.

Own Content and Distribution

  • Coordinate founder and team LinkedIn activity, turning specialist insights and client results into relevant content for prospective buyers.

  • Create and commission case studies, website content and campaign materials. Own briefs, editorial quality, distribution and reuse across channels.

  • Develop partner activity that extends our reach into the right audiences. Keep messaging, tone and the prospect experience consistent across touchpoints.

Own CRM and Lead Nurturing

  • Own HubSpot marketing processes, including segmentation, forms, workflows, email nurturing, campaign tracking and data quality.

  • Build nurture journeys for contacts at different stages of interest, including those who fit our target profile but are not ready to buy.

  • Agree qualification criteria and handover processes with Sales. Make sure relevant leads reach the right person with useful context and clear next steps.

Understand Performance and Improve It

  • Track how marketing contributes to qualified conversations and pipeline. Report marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities separately.

  • Review conversion between stages with Sales, identify where prospects drop out and adjust campaigns, messaging or nurturing accordingly.

  • Use results to decide what to continue, change or stop. Explain what is working, what remains uncertain and what you will test next.

What We’re Looking For

We care about demonstrated impact and your personal contribution. You should be able to explain a campaign you owned, the decisions you made, and the commercial opportunities it generated.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience, including campaigns designed to generate qualified demand for services or products through a considered sales process.

  • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of customer fit, lead qualification, sales cycles and pipeline progression.

  • Strong content judgement and excellent written and spoken English. You can turn specialist knowledge into clear, credible messaging for buyers.

  • Practical HubSpot experience, including segmentation, workflows, nurturing and reporting. You can build and improve the setup yourself.

  • Experience owning a marketing plan and delivering it within limited resources, while coordinating colleagues and external contributors.

  • The confidence to challenge the founders constructively, make recommendations and take responsibility for the outcome.

  • Good brand judgement and the ability to balance immediate demand generation with long-term credibility.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing an agency, consultancy or other B2B services business.

  • Familiarity with mobile marketing, AdTech or the app growth ecosystem.

  • Experience building demand through founder visibility, expert content, partnerships or industry events.

  • Based in a location with convenient flight connections to Berlin, Germany.

What We Offer

  • Ownership of REPLUG’s marketing plan, with senior marketing guidance, direct access to the founders and influence over priorities.

  • Access to REPLUG’s specialists, client results and industry relationships. You’ll lead and coordinate delivery, with specialist support so you can focus your hands-on work where it has the greatest impact.

  • The opportunity to shape how REPLUG reaches its next clients and demonstrate a clear contribution to business growth.

  • A fully remote setup, with travel opportunities to attend industry and REPLUG’s events

  • A EUR 1,000 annual educational budget
