Demand Generation Manager (Content & Growth, FORGE)
Position Summary
The Demand Generation Manager drives pipeline growth for FORGE through hands-on campaign execution and the marketing content that supports those campaigns. This is a builder role rather than a pure campaign-activation role. We are looking for someone who is just as comfortable launching multi-channel campaigns as they are creating the websites, messaging, collateral, and content that make those campaigns succeed.
You will work with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to turn business priorities into pipeline-generating campaigns and strong buyer experiences, owning both execution and content output. We expect AI to be a core part of how you work. This role uses AI tools daily to move faster, raise the quality of campaigns and content, and free up time for higher-value thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation and Pipeline Creation
• Run multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, webinars, outbound sequences) aligned to FORGE priorities
• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline through targeted campaigns
• Work with Sales to align on target accounts, segments, and conversion goals
• Improve funnel performance (Lead to MQL to SQL) to lift conversion and pipeline velocity
Content Creation and Marketing Asset Development
• Own creation of campaign-critical marketing assets, including:
• Landing pages and website content
• Sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
• Product messaging and positioning content
• Explainer and product videos, covering concepting, scripting, and production coordination
• Turn product capabilities into clear, value-driven messaging
• Iterate on content based on performance data, sales feedback, and conversion metrics
• Produce high-quality assets in-house, reducing reliance on external or upstream content teams
Using AI to Improve Speed and Quality
• Use AI tools as a standard part of daily work to draft, edit, and refine copy, creative, and campaign assets
• Apply AI to research audiences, generate test variations, and speed up production without lowering quality
• Build prompts, templates, and repeatable AI-assisted workflows that help the wider team produce better work in less time
• Review and fact-check AI output so everything that ships meets brand, accuracy, and quality standards
• Stay current on new AI tools and bring practical ways to apply them into the marketing process
Campaign Strategy, Execution, and Optimization
• Plan, build, and launch integrated campaigns across digital, social, partner, and Microsoft ecosystem channels
• Run A/B tests and optimize messaging, offers, and channel performance
• Use data and feedback loops to keep improving campaign ROI
Revenue Operations and Funnel Management
• Use marketing automation platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, and similar) to execute and track campaigns
• Manage lead flow, scoring, and lifecycle tracking together with RevOps
• Maintain accurate attribution, reporting, and visibility into pipeline impact
Events, Programs, and Channel Activation
• Support the execution of events, webinars, and partner-driven campaigns
• Own pre- and post-event campaign content and follow-up sequences
• Activate campaigns across strategic channels, including the Microsoft ecosystem, partners, and industry outlets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Services to align on messaging and campaigns
• Turn field feedback into stronger campaigns and content
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of marketing workflows and performance
Qualifications
Required:
• 4 to 7 years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing
• Proven experience executing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong content creation skills, whether in writing, positioning, or digital asset creation
• Hands-on experience building landing pages, campaign assets, or marketing content
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize based on data
• Comfortable using AI tools daily, with a track record of applying them to work faster and produce better results
Preferred:
• Experience in ERP, construction tech, or the Microsoft ecosystem
• Familiarity with video content tools, web CMS platforms, or design tools
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, prompts, or automations that improve how a marketing team works
