We currently have an opening for a Dealer Sales Coordinator for our Florida, Georgia, Virginia and North and South Carolina territories. Responsibilities include:
- Actively work the Top 100 for each assigned DC to review bleeders, lost opportunities and thank dealers for their business.
- Provide marketing support for commercial and residential sectional stocking programs in assigned DCs.
- Onboarding of new dealer accounts to include the following: welcome packets, credit forms, product comparisons, program and product training, electronic price pages, who to contact, online tools and I-store/Portal initial set up. This needs to done in a timely manner to ensure dealer has prompt access to Clopay products, programs and tools needed to place their first order and subsequent orders.
- Quarterly or more often if requested make outbound calls to MAD/AD dealers to follow up on promotions, CLC status and co-op dollars.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork and special pricing request for both residential/commercial.
- Return phone calls within 4 hours and email within 24 hours.
- Develop, support and follow-up on company sponsored promotions/DC promotions
- Help assist the Sales/Operations team with DC Open Houses or Customer Appreciation Events by creating flyers, communicating to dealers, ordering necessary marketing materials, promotional items, developing an agenda, contacting presenters and other supporting manufacturers. Assist with calls to help get headcount on those attending. DSC to attend open houses or other events as required to help with training on our on-line programs.
- Support dealers and/or Account Manager training of online tools, such as MyDoor, Web Gen 3.0, iStore and MyClopay. Utilize inside service support team for weekly and one on one trainings.
- Assist/Evaluate MPQ’s as needed
- Notify appropriate regional or DC manager of reported dealer service issues.
- Assist Account Managers with Gross Sales allowance or Goodwill credits as needed
- Ensure follow-up communication of new products, product/engineering changes, national promotions, etc. to all dealers when making courtesy calls
- Work with AMDs to ensure that DC’s have competitive tier pricing based on market demands & feedback from dealers. Collect, analyze and forward competitive information to AMD’s/Regional Managers.
- Update and maintain CRM accuracy with contact information, sales call notes and any other pertinent information.
- Identify and Travel with Account Managers to key customers and dealer targets
- DSC to work with AMDs to ensure DC Showrooms and selling centers are up to date and effective in promoting Clopay products, services and programs.
- Control sales expenses within budgeted guidelines.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager of Dealers Sales Support or Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred or combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Travel is regularly required.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to self-manage time.
