Position Summary
The Team Lead provides operational oversight of coding personnel and ensures compliance with SOW requirements, performance standards, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and balance workload across coding staff.
- Conduct coding calibration sessions.
- Review complex or ambiguous records.
- Monitor productivity and timeliness metrics.
- Coordinate with QA Lead on performance trends.
- Support staffing continuity and surge activation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in occupational coding or data processing.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NAICS/SOC classification frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
