This is a part time, contract position.

Program Overview:

Target audience: Employees on Revenue Growth Management teams, responsible for pricing and promotions across products and brands

Primary objective: Improve employees’ proficiency in leveraging commercial analytics with new in-house RGM.AI analytics tool for more effective and informed decision-making

Program Specific Details (dates, times, etc)

  • Onboarding session TBD (early October)
  • 3 sessions, one a week, starting in Mid-October
  • Demo Day
  • Exact dates and times TBD

 

Expected Time Commitment

  • Onboarding Session: ~45 minutes with our team to review program expectations
  • Attending Sessions: 1.5 hours (x3 sessions) + Demo Day
  • Session Preparation: 30 minutes to review the deck & prepare for the live session (x3 sessions)
  • Async Team Coaching Support: ~1 hour per team per week reviewing work and providing detailed feedback
  • Live Team Coaching Support: ~30 min per team per session; 1-1 meetings with each team to discuss feedback and help teams progress (this is optional for teams)
  • Weekly Team Meeting: ~30 min per week (~3 weeks total)
  • Demo Day Preparation: Conduct a dry-run with each team to review their presentation and provide feedback 

Core Responsibilities

During Live Sessions

    • Join the live session at least 15 minutes early and be active throughout.
    • Support the LI by:
      • Monitoring and responding to participant questions in chat in real time.
      • Facilitating breakout rooms and ensuring groups understand tasks, stay on track, and complete activities.
      • Helping learners go beyond surface-level answers (clarify use cases, strengthen prompts, encourage peer learning).
      • Teach validation and healthy skepticism: how to sanity-check AI-generated interpretations 
    • Flag urgent issues, trends, or blockers to Correlation One staff (via internal Slack channel).
    • Step in to support session continuity if the LI encounters technical issues (as needed).
  • Office Hours
    • Host 30-minute office hours sessions as requested/scheduled by assigned teams
    • Support learner project questions, tooling issues, and concept clarification.
    • Provide support and feedback on deliverables
    • Escalate recurring issues or trends to the C1 team.

Deliverables Review

    • Review team submissions
    • Provide detailed, actionable feedback
    • Ensure feedback is delivered within 72 hours of submission
    • Report on team progress to C1 team weekly
  • Non-Live Support & Communication
    • Respond to participant questions within 24 hours.
    • Attend weekly C1 team sync
    • Log hours weekly in coaches workbook

Tools & Technologies

    • Google Meet: Live sessions 
    • Client BP Account Access: Communication with participants
    • RGM.AI Access: Colgate internal tool
    • Slack (Internal): Coordination with Correlation One team and other coaches

Who you are

  • Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
  • A hands-on data practitioner with experience applying analytics to real business challenges
  • A hands-on user of generative AI in a real commercial or analytics job — not just familiar with it, but able to show a workflow they've actually improved with it.
  • Comfortable working with commercial, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Able to translate data outputs into practical, actionable insights
  • Confident navigating dashboards, tools, and data models in live sessions
  • Skilled at guiding participants through exercises and reinforcing key learning points
  • Adaptable, and responsive to different learning styles and levels of data maturity
  • Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth session support
  • Professional and collaborative, fostering a constructive and engaging learning environment
  • Familiar with enterprise AI governance and data-confidentiality norms in a CPG or client-data context

  • The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
