We sincerely invite passionate native English-speaking teachers to join our team and grow together with Chinese children.

About This Role

If you’re a young educator curious about China, fond of working with bright minds and passionate about early childhood English education, we’d love to have you on board! Here you’ll get to explore profound Chinese culture alongside children from all backgrounds, guide kids to discover the world through interesting reading lessons, and jointly make education warmer and more wonderful. • Design engaging classroom activities to motivate students. Manage online class, record students’ performance and provide regular learning feedback.
  • Take part in teaching research, lesson planning meetings and curriculum optimization.
  • Support demo lessons, open classes and student assessments as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native-level English proficiency with clear, standard pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; candidates majoring in Education or Preschool Education are highly preferred.
  • Required Qualifications & Certifications: Valid teaching qualification, 120-hour+ TESL/TEFL certificate; TESL/TEFL Diploma holders are prioritized.
    • Candidates who do not currently hold TESL/TEFL certificates are still encouraged to apply; certification support or sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
  • No prior teaching experience required.
  • Love children, have a passion for English education and hold professional child-oriented teaching concepts.
  • Able to prepare lessons independently, proficient in classroom management and communicating with young kids.
  • Accept flexible seasonal schedule adjustments during peak teaching periods and actively participate in team teaching research.
  • Abide by non-compete and confidentiality agreements.

Pay & Benefits Structure:

  • Pre-tax monthly salary: RMB 30,000 - 38,000 (housing allowance included), determined by your teaching background and interview performance.
  • 40 working hours per week; you are entitled to all statutory public holidays in China.
  • Full sponsorship for Z Work Visa, Foreigner Work Permit and Residence Permit.
  • Chinese social insurance covered.
  • Supplementary commercial medical insurance provided.
  • Airport pick-up service and one week of complimentary hotel accommodation upon arrival.
  • Continuous on-the-job training and complete career development support.
