We are hiring fluent Danish speakers for a select, 100% remote team assisting an industry-leading global travel platform.

In this role, you will elevate standard customer support into a premium travel concierge experience. Based anywhere in Greece—whether in vibrant urban hubs or on quiet islands—you will act as a digital advisor for Danish-speaking travelers, managing booking alterations, travel logistics, and digital platform tools.

Prior experience in tourism or guest relations is not required. Every new hire receives full salary coverage during our comprehensive training program.

Core Responsibilities

• Personalized Itinerary Support: Guide Danish clients through complex flight and hotel arrangements, specialized bookings, and custom requests.
• Platform Assistance: Assist users with web portal features, mobile application functionality, and self-service account options.
• Schedule Fixes & Disruption Management: Resolve travel delays, flight cancellations, and last-minute changes swiftly to ensure stress-free trips.
• Polished Communication: Deliver exceptional support over phone, email, and live messaging using professional Danish.
• Account Maintenance: Document client records and itinerary adjustments accurately within our internal software.

Candidate Profile

Language & Communication

• Danish: Fluent proficiency (C1/C2 level) to deliver high-quality client assistance.
• English: Professional working competence (B2 level or higher) for internal collaboration and training.
• Hospitality Aptitude: A customer-first attitude paired with clear, professional, and patient communication.

Virtual Work & Technical Proficiency
