Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservation requests, booking inquiries, and travel-related questions
Learn about each traveler's preferences, schedule, and vacation plans to provide personalized assistance
Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and destination experiences
Recommend travel options that align with client interests, budgets, and travel objectives
Coordinate reservations and organize travel services through approved booking platforms
Prepare booking confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and important pre-departure information
Support clients with reservation updates, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
Review reservation details and travel documentation to help ensure accuracy before departure
Keep clients informed with timely updates throughout the booking and planning process
Maintain organized client records, reservation history, and communication logs within company systems
Collaborate with preferred travel suppliers to deliver outstanding service and seamless travel experiences
Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development programs
