Role summary

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing, analyzing, and improving relevant business data and insights to support D2C planning and performance reporting, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Drives the conceptual development of a D2C-suitable reporting landscape, including the definition of attributes and metrics that describe Webshop and Marketplace performance, in collaboration with the commercial D2C and central Data & Analytics teams.
  • Translates D2C business needs into data and analytics requirements and ensures the continuous development of D2C insights and data-driven merchandising capabilities.
  • Supports D2C planning and forecasting activities by providing structured channel- and product-level insights, in collaboration with Brand E-Commerce Management teams.
  • Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in reporting, financial controls, and commercial D2C management processes, and documents requirements for scalable, technology-supported solutions.
  • Conducts ad-hoc analyses to enable data-driven decision-making in the daily D2C business, as well as deep dives into product and channel performance.
  • Develops interim automation solutions, such as scripts and scheduled queries, to reduce repetitive manual work across D2C activities, while piloting approaches that can be integrated into long-term systems.
  • Presents findings to stakeholders, clearly linking commercial performance and financial controls to overall business goals.
  • Supports the preparation of recurring D2C performance and P&L summaries.

Your profile

Advanced analytical and technical skills: proven ability to work with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), as well as experience with automation through macros, scripts, workflows, and AI agents.
D2C and e-commerce business acumen: strong understanding of key D2C and e-commerce metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CLV, CAC, return rates) and the key drivers of P&L performance.
Experience in reporting landscape design: ability to define relevant attributes, metrics, and data models in collaboration with central Data & Analytics teams.
Planning and forecasting expertise: ability to support budgeting and forecasting processes with structured insights at channel, category, and product level, and to connect operational data with financial and strategic planning.
Process improvement and control orientation: ability to identify inefficiencies, strengthen processes and controls, and translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Strong stakeholder communication skills: ability to translate complex analyses into clear and concise insights, deliver impactful presentations, and build alignment across stakeholders.
