Are you a Japanese-speaking customer support professional with a passion for financial markets? 💹 We're looking for a Customer Support Officer to help clients navigate trading accounts and platforms while delivering top-tier service in the FX/CFD space! ✨

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Assist clients with opening and maintaining trading accounts
👉 Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone & internal support channels 📞
👉 Handle welcome calls and client follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction
👉 Provide information about trading platforms and services
👉 Resolve back-office and account-related enquiries
👉 Support clients with technical issues, including MetaTrader platform troubleshooting 💻
👉 Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
👉 Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
👉 Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
👉 Support marketing activities, including campaign translations & event coordination
👉 Educate clients on products and platform functionality
👉 Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and support business growth 💡

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Japanese (written & spoken)
🔹 Fluent English (B2 minimum)
🔹 University or College degree
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Proficiency with MS Office applications
🔹 Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms & computer applications
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a team
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🔹 Experience working with CRM systems and customer support tools
