We are currently seeking a Customer Support Associate specializing in Yardi software/end user support to join our JLL Software and Technology Solutions Customer Experience team.

What this job involves

As a Customer Support Associate at JLL, you will be responsible for

User Administration

• Configure/update/termination of users

End User/System Support

• Support for end user inquiries or issues in our software applications
• Escalation of support tickets (when applicable) to engineering, management or software vendor
• Detailed review, analysis, description of end user issues when escalating
• Support the implementation of new modules and periodic system upgrades

Data Configuration

• Configure new (or remove) assignments in the Yardi system
• Test new modules and periodic system upgrades
• Understand data integration flow from / to Yardi and other JLL applications to solve end user issues

Support Business Reporting Requirements

• Create and configure custom account trees/charts of accounts
• Provide support for our annual SOC I and/or II audits with outside auditors
• Create and configure custom reports
• Troubleshoot end user report issues
• Coordinate with other teams when applicable

Support JLL Application software

• Yardi Voyager 7s
• Yardi Retail Manager
• Yardi Commercial Café
• Yardi Deal Manager
• Yardi Forecast Manager / Advanced Budget and Forecast Manager
• Yardi Multi Family
• Yardi CRM
• Yardi Site Manager
• Other applications as they are onboarded to our team

Education and experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution REQUIRED
• Finance or Accounting degree is a plus
• (5+) years of relevant/professional experience REQUIRED
• Real Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred

• Individual must be self-starter, organized and able to work with minimal supervision

• During Training and for first 60 days, required to work 8 US Eastern Business hours
• Once training is completed, it is required to work at a minimum 5 US Eastern Business hours (with remaining hours in the candidate’s local time zone)
