Customer Success Manager, Corporate Insurance

LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager, Corporate Insurance to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for tech-savvy individuals with a strong background managing complex corporate insurance programs, who are just as comfortable digging into data and systems as they are leading a strategic conversation with a client. The ideal candidate is energized by leveraging AI, analytics, and data to enable global enterprises to solve real-world insurance challenges.

This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

The Customer Success Manager, Corporate Insurance role is tasked with:

Technical & Data

• Leverage complex commercial insurance knowledge to onboard and provide ongoing support to visualize insurance program data for customers.
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of customer insurance data within the platform, including document extraction, data validation, and troubleshooting discrepancies with internal teams.
• Conduct strategic conversations with customers, including customer business reviews and renewal discussions, ensuring business outcomes are achieved while delivering value.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to onboard new customers and increase tool usage and retention.
• Manage projects and initiatives throughout the customer journey.
• Lead critical demos and trainings to show customers how to solve insurance program challenges.
• Demonstrate product subject matter expertise and resolve inquiries and requests from customers.

Strategic & Relationship Management

• Some travel may be required for onsite client meetings and relationship building.
• Acts as the main point of contact for client questions, troubleshooting issues by working with internal teams.
• Works to reduce churn, manage contract renewals, and spot cross-selling opportunities.
• Tracks key performance metrics like customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and service utilization.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and system integrations, and able to translate technical issues into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage both everyday policyholders and C-suite business executives.
• Ability to analyze data and address coverage gaps or complex service requests.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing corporate insurance programs in a large corporate risk management department. Extensive experience and knowledge with complex commercial insurance programs, including alternative risk transfer (ART) techniques such as captives and retained risk, is critical to success in this role.
• Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software for risk management teams, and comfort working directly with data, systems, and integrations.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to provide compelling solutions.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability and confidence to communicate with both executive leadership and risk management teams.
