Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and quick adoption of our products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify at-risk accounts to proactively address issues.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to help improve product offerings.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and growth potential.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by coordinating with support and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and contribute to company growth.
