As part of the PRISM+ Customer Experience team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and building meaningful relationships with our customers. The Customer Service Officer serves as one of the key representatives of the brand, working closely with multiple internal teams to assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely support across various communication channels.
This role requires strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including written and spoken communication, as you will be supporting customers from different markets. You will be assisting customers through calls, live chats, and emails while ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.
In this role, you will also gather and relay valuable customer feedback to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and the overall customer journey. Collaboration, adaptability, and teamwork are highly valued as we continue to foster a positive and supportive work culture.
