Customer Experience Representative (4-month duration time)

The Role

At Rhoback, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience in every interaction. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed individual to join our team for the holiday season as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of communication, responding to customer inquiries across email and chat and ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.

This is a temporary, fully remote role with an approximately 4-month duration time to our busiest season of the year. Full availability is required October through January 2027, including weekends, shift will be Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm ET.  Final schedules may shift based on the needs of the business.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
