About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive CRO Executive who wants to grow into a CRO Consultant, developing the skills to own optimization strategy, lead client relationships, and manage accounts.

You’ll work closely with Senior CRO Consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities, shape recommendations, and turn them into improvements for leading Ecommerce brands.

At Prismfly, CRO goes beyond A/B testing. Our optimization programs can include experiments, design improvements, development initiatives, and straightforward implementations. You’ll help determine which approach fits each opportunity, based on the available evidence, business priorities, and effort involved.

You’ll initially support experienced consultants while taking ownership of defined initiatives. As your skills and confidence develop, you’ll progressively take the lead on client accounts, with senior guidance and support, including their optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and overall engagement.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both thinking through what should improve and making sure it happens.

Responsibilities

Optimization Strategy & Ownership

  • Work with Senior CRO Consultants to understand client’s business goals, customer needs, and website performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, customer behavior insights, website reviews, and competitor research.
  • Develop clear recommendations that explain the problem, the proposed improvement, and the expected business benefit.
  • Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps, weighing potential impact, supporting evidence, and implementation effort.
  • Recommend appropriate next steps, whether an A/B test, a design task, a development initiative, or a direct implementation.
  • Take increasing ownership of strategic recommendations and roadmap decisions as you develop.

Delivery & Implementation

  • Own assigned initiatives from opportunity identification and briefing through to launch and review.
  • Translate recommendations into clear, actionable briefs for design and development teams.
  • Coordinate work across CRO, Design, and Development, keeping priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines clear.
  • Experiment setup, quality assurance, launches, and monitoring as well as the delivery of improvements that do not require testing.
  • Document outcomes and use learnings to inform future recommendations.

Client Communication & Account Development

  • Participate actively in client Slack channels and meetings, providing clear updates and keeping conversations moving.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Help clients understand the reasoning behind recommendations and how proposed work supports their goals.
  • Document and assess client requests, helping align them with the account’s priorities and roadmap.
  • Progressively lead client meetings and take responsibility for communicating priorities, progress, and results.

Research & Analysis

  • Use analytics and user behavior tools to understand customer journeys and identify friction, unmet needs, and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform ideas and recommendations.
  • Turn findings into practical next steps.

Growth Toward CRO Consultant

This role is designed to develop into a CRO Consultant position. You’ll receive hands-on experience and senior guidance while building the judgment and skills needed to lead client optimization programs.

Progression means moving from supporting delivery to owning the direction of an account: identifying what matters, prioritizing the right work, explaining your recommendations, and guiding initiatives through to completion.

What Success Looks Like

Over your first 6–12 months, we expect you to:

  • Reliably support multiple client accounts and independently move assigned initiatives forward.
  • Contribute well-reasoned recommendations and help shape prioritized optimization roadmaps.
  • Build trust with clients and internal teams through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and ownership.
  • Lead client meetings with growing confidence, explaining recommendations and agreeing on next steps.
  • Progress toward ownership of accounts, including its roadmap, delivery priorities, and client relationship, with senior guidance.
  • Connect delivered work and observed outcomes to the client’s business goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • A proactive approach to ownership: identifying what needs to happen, proposing next steps, and asking for support when needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn observations into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Experience using GA4 or similar analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation programs.
  • An interest in growing into a CRO Consultant role with responsibility for strategy and client accounts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an agency environment.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

This role is a great fit for someone who:

  • Is curious about why customers behave the way they do and how Ecommerce experiences can improve.
  • Wants to help decide what should be done, as well as coordinate its delivery.
  • Enjoys taking an idea from an initial observation to a clear recommendation and a delivered improvement.
  • Is comfortable balancing analysis, client communication, and project organization.
  • Values experimentation while recognizing that some opportunities call for direct implementation.
  • Welcomes feedback and wants to build the judgment to lead client accounts.
  • Enjoys collaborating across design, development, and strategy teams and takes responsibility for moving work forward.
