Creator Project Manager (Global) for CREATOARS

CREATOARS is looking for a highly organized, multilingual, and proactive Creator Operations Project Manager – Global to support the coordination and scaling of creator operations across international markets.

You will work closely with CREATOARS managers, internal teams, creators, and external partners to ensure projects, campaigns, and workflows are coordinated efficiently.

This role focuses on creating structure behind the scenes — supporting managers, improving communication, coordinating priorities, and helping CREATOARS deliver successful creator campaigns globally.

This is a commission-based collaboration with earning potential connected to successful projects, partnerships, and CREATOARS growth.

What you'll do

• Coordinate internal projects across CREATOARS markets and teams

• Work closely with creator managers, partnership managers, and operational teams

• Support campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and execution workflows

• Maintain project trackers, deadlines, documents, and internal updates

• Coordinate communication between international teams and ensure alignment

• Support creator onboarding, campaign preparation, and operational processes

• Follow up on priorities, action points, and project milestones

• Help improve internal systems, processes, and team workflows

• Support reporting, documentation, and operational organization

• Contribute to the successful scaling of CREATOARS internationally

What we're looking for

• Experience in project management, operations, creator management, account coordination, marketing, or digital media

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish required

• Mandarin is a strong advantage

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and time zones

• Clear communication style with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership

• Interest in creators, digital communities, and the creator economy

• Based in Europe

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, or digital campaigns

• Experience in international creative, media, or technology companies

• Familiarity with project management tools and operational workflows
