Job Description: Creative Content Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Manager to oversee content strategy, social
media management, and video production. This role requires a creative leader who can
transform ideas, stories, and business objectives into engaging content while managing a team
of video editors and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all platforms.
This is not solely an editing role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire content
process from concept through publication while leading a team of editors and ensuring content
aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
● Turn concepts, stories, and ideas into engaging content plans
● Own the content production process from concept through publication
● Manage content production workflows and publishing schedules
● Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of video editors and content creators
● Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
● Review, approve, and provide feedback on content before publication
● Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
● Analyze content metrics including engagement, watch time, audience retention, and
reach
● Identify opportunities to grow social media accounts and audience engagement
● Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices
● Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align content with company
objectives
● Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms

● Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of video editors
● Experience managing remote creative teams
● Strong understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics
● Experience growing social media accounts and audiences
● Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools
● Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously
● Experience with social media advertising is a plus
● Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
