Cost Analyst (100% Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-level Cost Analyst with an active DoD Secret clearance to provide cost analysis and program management services in support of our program. The role offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work environment and no travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis support to the FXR Cost Analysis Working Group, focusing on development and production cost estimating and modeling.
• Develop and maintain the Cost Model and supporting documentation, including the Cost Risk/Uncertainty Exposure Determination (CRED) model, the CARD, and other products.
• Present analysis and work products to the CAWG Lead and Program Control (PC) Integrated Product Team Lead.
• Support the development and maintenance of Acquisition Strategy, schedule, and other program management artifacts for the Program Control (PC) Integrated Product Team.
• Provide both on-site and remote support to the Program Control (PC) Integrated Product Team.

Essential Skills

• Bachelors degree.
• 3-4 years of Cost Analysis experience, with internship and academic experience considered.
• Experience in working with cost models and conducting cost data analysis independently.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain/maintain it.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• College degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience completing cost analysis tasking independently in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with a Program Office environment and knowledge of Navys radar, electronic warfare, and/or combat systems.

Work Environment

The position reports to the program manager, with the program comprising 130 personnel. The role supports a flexible work environment, with the option for fully remote work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, VA.

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
