Job Summary
Most agencies stop caring once the lead lands. We don't. At this company, we recognize that the gap between an interested lead and a paid deposit is where high-ticket aesthetics is truly won or lost. We have world-class lead generation and robust systems; what we need is a dedicated CRO Lead to own the "click-to-booking" journey. You will turn anecdotal feedback into a systematic conversion machine, acting as the bridge between creative intelligence and bottom-line results. If you thrive on watching session recordings, debunking objections, and proving your hypotheses with hard evidence, this is the role where you can truly own the funnel.
Requirements
- Demonstrable CRO Experience: A proven track record of running tests, predicting outcomes, and measuring results.
- High-Ticket Lead Gen Expertise: Experience optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases.
- Behavioral Tool Proficiency: Mastery of session recording tools, heatmaps, and funnel analytics to draw qualitative conclusions.
- Cultural Alignment: Strong understanding of the American consumer mindset, particularly regarding trust, proof, and high-ticket service expectations.
- Timezone Alignment: Ability to work primarily within USA business hours to collaborate effectively with the team and partner clinics.
- Data-Driven Communication: Expert written and verbal English with the ability to present data-backed findings confidently to stakeholders.

- Industry Background: Previous experience in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation.
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Sales Insight: Experience reviewing sales or setter calls to extract conversion bottlenecks.
- Portfolio Management: Experience managing conversion performance across 20+ simultaneous client accounts.
