CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a Content Manager, Global and Segments to ensure CuraLinc content scales across languages, regions, industries and member personas without creating duplicative or custom heavy workflows. This role supports both engagement and product content by building governed localization systems and structured, reusable segment adaptations. Success in this role comes from operational clarity, high quality localization outcomes, disciplined segmentation governance and the ability to translate persona insights into scalable, hyper relevant content.

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Localization Strategy and Vendor Management
    • Owns the Operational Model for Translation and Localization, Including External Partner Management
    • Defines How Localization Requests are Submitted, Prioritized and Tracked
    • Manages Translation and Localization Vendors, Including Quality Calibration and Turnaround Expectations
    • Establishes SLAs and Performance Standards with External Partners
    • Ensures Translated Content Maintains Clinical Accuracy and Voice Consistency
    • Plans Localization Early so it is Integrated into Launch Timelines
  • Quality Control and Brand Consistency
    • Localization is Not Only About Language but About Tone, Meaning and Trust
    • Establishes Quality Standards for Localized Content
    • Ensures Cultural Appropriateness and Clinical Alignment
    • Coordinates Internal Clinical or Compliance Review when Needed
    • Reduces Inconsistent Outcomes Through Standardized Review and Storage Practices
  • Industry And Segment Adaptation Governance
    • Owns how Content Is Adapted for Industries and Portfolio Segments Across Engagement and Product Content
    • Defines What Qualifies as Segment Adaptation Versus True Custom Work
    • Builds Reusable Industry Ready Bundles Where Patterns Repeat
    • Ensures Adaptations Align to Approved Messaging Guardrails
    • Partners with Strategy and Content Leads to Prioritize Segment Development Based on Portfolio Impact
  • Persona Archetype Alignment and Hyper-Personal Enablement
    • Ensures Industry Specific Content Reflects the Values, Motivations and Barriers of Our Persona Archetypes in a Structured, Repeatable Way
    • Maps Persona Archetypes to Industries and Segment Priorities
    • Translates Persona Needs into Actionable Guidance for Creators
    • Maintains Reusable Persona Aligned Messaging Frameworks
    • Reviews Segment Drafts for Persona Fidelity and Strategic Alignment
    • Identifies Where Personalization Adds Impact Versus Where Standardization Protects Scale
  • Systems, Versioning and Reuse
    • Ensures Localized and Segmented Assets Are Governed and Discoverable
    • Maintains Clear Source of Truth Versions and Derivatives
    • Supports Naming Conventions and Version Control
    • Prevents Reliance on Scattered or Side-Channel Storage
    • Maintains Visibility into What Exists by Language, Industry and Persona Pattern
  • Planning and Visibility
    • Maintains Forward Looking Visibility into Upcoming Localization and Segment Needs
    • Surfaces Timeline Risks Early
    • Ensures Vendor Capacity Aligns with Internal Campaign and Product Release Calendars
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Collaborates with Engagement Strategy, Product Content, Creators, Operations, Clinical Reviewers and External Localization Vendors. Works Best When Included Early in Planning so Segmentation and Localization are Embedded Rather Than Retrofitted
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Localization, Content Operations or Content Strategy, Preferably in a B2B2C or Healthcare Environment
  • Experience Managing Translation or Localization Vendors, Including SLAs and Quality Calibration
  • Strong Understanding of How to Build Reusable, Governed Content Systems Across Languages, Industries and Personas
  • Ability to Distinguish Scalable Segment Adaptation from One-Off Custom Work and to Build Frameworks That Protect Scale
  • Excellent Cross Functional Collaboration Skills Across Engagement Strategy, Product Content, Operations and Clinical Review
  • Experience with Content or Project Management Tools Such as ClickUp, Frontify or Sanity Is a Plus
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
